Adults 16+: $100.00

Children under 16: $85.00

(Both parents  and child must be present to sign for a child.)

Passport Cards

Adults 16+: $45.00

Children under 16: $35.00

(Both parents  and child must be present to sign for a child.)

Photos can be taken on site for $10.00.

You must bring with you the following:

• Original Birth Certificate from the Department of Health
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of name change if different from driver’s license                       (marriage certificate, etc.)
• Expired or latest passport

 

For All Minors Ages 16 & 17:

• Each minor child shall appear in person.
• One parent consent will be required with photo identification.

• Driving Permits are NOT valid identification!
