Saturday, October 27th was the date….The Trick or Treat trail was the event…
All who participated had a great time, from the winners of the costume contest, to the trick-or-treaters, the parents, and even the merchants got in on the fun. It was a beautiful day and the village streets were filled with an array of, princesses, aliens, clowns and dragons, and even a zombie taco joined in on the fun!
The pet parade down Main Street was a huge success with our furry friends dressed up like, hippies, super heros and pumpkis!
The day was perfect for a stroll down the sidewalk with the leaves crunching under your feet, a visit to the memorial park, or just sitting on one of the benches taking in the sense of togetherness and community spirit.
I hope that all who attended and participated this year enjoyed the day as much as we all did. It’s one of our favorite events to be a part of and we couldn’t do it without the support of our village business owners, and our generous sponsors – especially those who donated items for the prizes:
We wish to thank all of our generous sponsors without whom this event would not be successful! These donations are just a small part of what our Village Businesses have to offer - please stop in and visit them to see more!
